Using the Color Picker

By Elizabeth LePage  ·  November 30th, 2011

Our latest entry in our “Quick Video Tips” series walks you through the different options found inside Elements’ Color Picker. If you’ve ever wondered what RGB or HSB stand for, or what that crazy ‘#’ box (called the ‘hex triplet’????) is for, this video is for you!

Nice explanation that gave some depth to a part of the program that I have taken for granted until now. Well done!

I am having trouble viewing any of the video tutorials. I’m using Windows 7, Internet Explorer 9 and tried downloading Apple’s Quick Time Player serveral times, but when attempting to view a video, I get an error message saying “You must install Quick Time browser plugins to view this content”. I even went into the MIME filet type settings in the QT Browser tab after reading countless blogs. I redownloaded QT Player several times and ultimately removed the program as it doesn’t work, or at least for me. As a result, I am not able to benefit from the video tutorials beacuse I cannot play them. Any suggestions you may have would be most appreciated. Thank you very much, Alan Mattes
