Wow, I used to fool around and got the pictures into Elements without really knowing what was going on and a lot of the other tutorials I watched elsewhere were not as helpful. Now I think I have a good understanding of what the importing process is about.I have now watched well over a dozen of the tutorials from Mike and I think thay are fantastics for the new comersand I like the new site so far. Keep up the great work and I really feel the 2 years subscription is well spent.
P.S. I won’t be leaving comments on everyone of Mike’s tutorial because it would sound repetitive. I love everyone of them and I am sure ithey had benefitted a lot of you out there.

Just new with using Photoshop element 8 and never worked with photoshop but enjoying taking and taking pictures. I have learned more from these video’s then reading the book as I am a visual learner. I will start using the organizer since viewing these tutorial video. Well done and very informative for the newbies. Keep up the good work

Are any of the existing videos about the Organizer appropriate for Mac users and if not , do you plan to release any that are now that the Organizer is now resident in PE 9?

New to PSE, I purchased your tutorial service because the video I stumbled upon when looking for info on the web was incredibly clear and helpful. However, my subscription video (especially text images) is not as clear as the free/sample video. It didn’t help opening in a new window. Suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Cynthia,
My first guess is that perhaps you have used your computer’s ability to increase the size of everything on screen, and that’s making the videos appear chunky and the text especially so.
I will send you an email with some more questions, but you might also take a look at our troubleshooting tips for video playback here:

Thanks for your kind feedback regarding our tutorials! I’ll pass it on to the editors.
