Elements 10: Text on a Path, Shape or Selection

The capability to add text to a path or shape has been one of the most-frequent requests from Photoshop Elements users in our forums (and elsewhere). With Version 10, Adobe adds three new tools for manipulating text on a path, shape or selection. They’re a bit tricky, and lack some core functionality (such as kerning), but for simple tasks, they can be useful.
