2006 Scrappy Awards Gallery
Congratulations to the 2006 Scrappy Award winners! Photoshop® Elements Techniques judges selected the most outstanding designs in 10 categories and one Best of Show. These designs will be featured in the next issue of the newsletter, which mails to subscribers on September 8.
