I am a new user with Elements 9. After browsing previous magazines, I came across an Elements 5 Artwork and Themes article by Dave Cross . I cannot find Artwork and Themes in Elements 9. Does it exist and how can I find it?

  They’re all under the Content panel now. Choose Window > Content, if you don’t see the panel on the right side of your Editor screen.
