Here’s an interesting development: the last two videos (“Using Color Calibration Inside Camera Raw” and “Word Clouds With Wordle”) do not play when I request them. However, “Change Someone’s Eye Color” and everything older does. Any ideas why this may happen? Thanks for your help.

David,
It looks like Firefox doesn’t like the pop-up window – I just got the same thing, although it did start playing after about 30 seconds. When I clicked the “Try opening it in a new window” link below the screen shot, the video played just fine. See if that works for you.

Thanks for the reminder. Since I shoot RAW for my business assignment, I’ll be using it soon.
BTW, is there any way to get the full-blown Camera Raw version without buying CS5 or Bridge?

Unfortunately, I don’t think you can just buy Bridge. It only ships with the Suite, or, in the old days, it was available with PSE 6 and 8 for the Mac.

I, too, am experiencing problems with your downloads, et al…….
I never had problems with any of your tutorials before.

Both IE 9 (9.0.2)
and
Firefox (6.0.2)
will not allow playing of the videos
(on my system)
Never had problems before….

Firefox 6 for Mac video issue workaround:
1) Quit Firefox (if running) and find the Firefox application (in your Applications folder)
2) Right click the Firefox icon and choose “Get Info” (or click to highlight the Firefox icon and go to the File menu and choose “Get Info”)
3) In the “General” section of the info window that opens, check the box labeled “Open in 32-bit mode”
4) Close the Get Info window and relaunch Firefox
That should do it!
The issue is not that the videos *won’t* play, but it’s that they take forever and a day to load in Firefox 6 if this 32-bit button is not checked. Hopefully this issue will be fixed in a future version of Firefox.
