Folks; I am a subscriber to Photoshop elements user and whenever I try to play one of the videos, I get the following error: “Windows media player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file”. I only get this error when I try to play your videos. I know you guys are Mac bigots, and I teach Photoshop elements that community college (Paradise Valley committee college) and sell the idea of joining this group but if we all have this problem it’s not going to go very well. It does refer to the air as: C00D1199, Windows Internet Explorer. I know it’s tough to have to deal with the fact that most of the machines out there are Windows-based, but we have to live with it.

I wonder if you can help.

Have you tried playing the video using quicktime? It’s a free download.
