I thought the Effects Palette video was excellent. Looking forward to experimenting on my pictures.

watched this and went back to PSE9 on my computer. tried to double click on the effect and get the second window to open so I could control it a bit more and nothing happened. It applied the effect but didn’t allow me to control the amount. So I think there may be a problem with my software.
