I am having great difficulty with black and white. When I convert my pictures, they look like great black and white pics on my screen, but when I print, they have a green tinge. I have tried adjusting the sliders in the convert to black and white menu, but it always prints with a green hue. I have printed on 3 different printers, all with the same results. This article seems very clear, so am going to try working with the gradients. Where else can I go for help?

Hi Linda,
I have the same problem when printing my black & white pictures.
Have you had more success since your last comment?

I also tried and got the same greenish tinge result the first time, then I set up the printer, a canon ip4700 to print in grey scale and my photo printed exactly as on the monitor.
