I have played aorund with the effect using a variety of drop and inner shadows. This is one technique I will certainly use again and again. Thanks Corey.

I keep trying to do this, but cannot get past first step. I open pic, grab lasso, do your squigly stuff, I press Control-J and close eye on background. When I cl Control I then the picture turns the hues and not the frame. Help what am I doing wrong??? I have watched the video 1000 times and still can’t do it. This such a great idea and I want to use it. HELP

Why has this article only got 3.5 stars? Most of the comments were very complimentary. Is there something wrong with the rating system?

I found the video to be very good.

    Correction: 2.5 starts, not 3.5.
    Doesn’t make sense to me…

It’s pretty close to 3 stars, Ray (hover over the stars after you’ve rated it, and you’ll see the numerical rating), and that’s pretty good for something a lot of people have rated.
