Photo Cube

By Dave Cross  ·  Issue: v3n3 (2006)

Maybe you’ve gotten one for Christmas: a plastic photo cube that you inserted your favorite photos into (after you trimmed them down to size, of course). Here’s the digital equivalent, made pretty simple thanks to one filter.

Wanted to try this in PSE9 but couldn’t find the filter for it. Checked the Elements Village forums and found out the 3D Transform filter was not included in PSE 8 or PSE9.

I also was interested in making a photo cube to place on a birthday card. Can I download this 3d transform filter for PSE 8?

One among numerous reasons why I chose not to “upgrade” from PSE7.
