Virtual painting is a fantastic (and surprisingly easy) way to take a photograph and make it look like a painting.

Would love to try this tutorial. It is the reason I wanted to get into elements to seriously learn how to paint a photograph. I have not had any luck finding information till I found this. There is also a beagle one I saw once and can’t find now. Says you can get the brush in the subscriber area. Exact directions, cuz I see the store, the tutorials, the web, magazine, not finding the brush. HELP.
    Thanks
