I like the new organization so much more clear and organized but I do not like the lack of flexibility in the way one can watch the videos. Much more flexibility in the previous system and therefore a great learning tool… now, unless I have not found it……no way to stop the video and go back if you don’t understand something or want to hear it an other time ,no way to go forward if you already know something..I am very disappointed..I have been watching the tools videos and they do not respond well. All the best.

      Bernadette,
If you press F11 while watching the video do you get it in full screen and get access to the controls? If you download the video and launch if from your desktop do you get the controls?
      Regards,
      Cindy

OK – I was having trouble viewing the videos as I have a lower quality internet connection, so I downloaded a few instead, however I am having the same issue? If will play for 10 to 20 seconds, then it will act as if it is buffering and then it skips 20 seconds ahead? Why is this? Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you on a netbook? They don’t handle video very well. You may need a better video card.

I am also having difficulty watching the videos…..this one about selection tools starts and goes for a few minutes and stops! I have tried the suggestions given, but to no avail. I am very disappointed also….new to Elements 9 and needing this help!!

Liked this one a lot! I’m not entirely new to PSE — I’ve been using the original version for a long time, but never really learned it well. I’ve now upgraded to 9 and committed myself to learning how to use it. Loved the tricks with the zoom tool (clicking and dragging a box to zoom to a particular area; double clicking the tool to return to the 100% view) and the double-clicking hand tool trick to fill the viewable area. Great info!
