I’m so impressed! These introduction videos are wonderful!! Less than 24 hours after I subscribed and I already feel like I’ve gotten my moneys worth. I’m a visual learner, so this is just the fit for me.

Problem opening video tried new window as suggested downloaded file tried opening with Irfan. No luck I get a white screen or a black screen with audio. I see other files with the same problem most files work with no problem.
I am a new subscriber to your website any other suggestions would be helpful.

Well. Even if I learn nothing else from these videos, I now feel I got my money’s worth — how did I not about changing the Cancel button to Reset in the dialogue boxes? Thanks for the tip!
However, I sure hope there’s another video or two in here that go into a LOT more depth about adjusting color. It was barely touched on at all — there were several choices in the drop down menu and only one was discussed. Heck, we didn’t even learn about all the different things in the dialogue box that was chosen.

Hi Tim-
My reply is a bit late in coming, as it’s pretty tough to keep checking back for new comments, however, wanted to let you know we appreciate the input. For this particular video (it’s part of a larger series focused at those just starting out with Elements) the goal was more of an introduction…hence the lack of depth.
But you’re correct. There is much more to say and many more options to cover, so we’ll sure look at some of those ideas for future videos!
Thanks, and I do hope you find your way back here and see this reply.
Take care,
Mike Rodriguez
