In the Elements tips and tricks(p.31), you have a tip to change the background color. I have always wished it could be black instead of gray as it was in my old PSE5. I use PSE9, and there is no way I can change it.
    Do you need PSE10?

Irene, I’ve tested it in Elements 9 on a Mac and it works. What happens when you right-click on the gray area?

        Hi Kelly,
When I right click in the gray area, nothing happens. If I zoom out to create a gray border around the photo and then right-click on that area, I get the pop-up menu.
I have a PC with Vista.

RE: Look Sharp by Lesa Snider

On page 21, it’s noted that an Elements cheat sheet is available for download at Lesa’s Facebook page. Is it possible to have a download link posted here on the PET site for those of use who don’t have a Facebook account? …crazy as that may seem :-)

As a beginner who is trying to learn by replicating what I see, I’d appreciate getting the files used in all articles not just the selection that I find here. For example, I’d like to see if I can replicate what is shown in Lesa Snider’s article “Look Sharp.” Sure, I can use one of my own pictures to try this, but that does not help me compare what I have to what is possible using the techniques if I select a picture that is not really suited to the tutorial.
