I do not have a website. I do use your video tutorials a lot and, to me, you have not “upgraded” the videos. Maybe downgraded would be a more appropriate term. I loved the way I could pause the video while I was writing notes, then start it again at that point. I could even move the progress bar back and replay a short part of the video before I continued. This was invaluable to me.

      Cindy,
If you tap F11 when viewing the video do the controls show up for you?
      Regards,
      Cindy

No, but thanks for trying to help me. I am a Mac user, and when I tap F11, the whole video disappears from my desktop, then reappears when I hit F11 again. I cannot see any controls.

      Cindy,
If you view the videos (our site) in Firefox does anything change?

I just watched all four videos and not only do I understand HDR better, but I enjoyed the work inside camera raw and the main PSE also.

I use PSE to get my photos of my paintings ready for giclee printing and I wasn’t always sure what all the sliders do. Every so often I need to refresh my learning curve on PSE since I don’t use it everyday. I love this site and will be renewing, Thanks for the videos.

I just read the other comments and found when I opened the video in a separate window I was able to see the video slider and pause. They don’t show up if you just open the video by clicking the big white triangle.

I’ve been trying to open the HDR videos and none will open for me. ‘Loading’ appears and then the gear wheel stops and nothing further happens except a Q(uicktime) symbol.Nothing further happens at all. I’m running Mac OS 10.6.4, and haven’t used Photoshop Elements User for some months. When I was last using the site all seemed to work OK. Any suggestions?

Am just getting into the HDR areas and this is a great basic starting point.

    Again, thanks Matt.
