Adobe photoshop elements techniques is proud to announce the winners of its 2006 scrappy awards, the first adobe photoshop elements design competition for digital scrapbookers. We received many incredible submissions, and deciding on the winner in each of the 11 categories was a difficult task for our judges. More than $10,000 in prizes will be distributed among the winners, not to mention the honor of being featured here in the pages of the newsletter for all of our readers to see.
