    I’d done this trick in ACDSee Photo Editor myself, but I can how there is much more control you have with PSE-9.
    “ACDSee Photo Editor” you ask. It was great until recent updates made it crash more than a demolition derby. -TJ

    I’ve done something similar only I used an actual sky photo as the new background. In this way you can get some random clouds that are impossible to create freehand.
