How do I “load” the fairy wings so that I can use them again. This is such a special effect–but it seems like everytime I find something to “download” or “load” that I have trouble doing this. HELP!!
    Thank You Gloria.

Hi Gloria… I’d like to help. Can you tell me where you’re running into the problem. Is it trying to download some fairy wing brushes, or is it trying to get them into Elements to use them?

I downloaded wings from Obsidian Dawn. They are in a zipped ABR file, which PSE9 says its can’t open because it’s “the wrong kind of file.” Tips?

An ABR file is a brush file and must be loaded by the brush picker.

    Diana,

I loved this article and decided to make a birthday card for my niece, who is turning 4, using these
techniques. However, I can’t find the text,”there was once a fairy princess,” you used for the shot on page 31 of this article. It matches the theme so perfectly. Can you tell what font you used.

Thanks again for your outstanding contributions to this magazine.

      Hi Christine,

Thank you so much for your kind comments. The font I used for that text is “Beyond Wonderland,” and you can download it free here:

I would love to see your image when it’s finished. If you wish to share it, you can upload it at http://www.pixentral.com (which is private except with whom you share the link). At the bottom of the uploaded image, where it says for Forums, triple click the code to select it, then copy and paste it in a thread at http://www.elementsvillage.com. Or, if you’d rather, paste the code in a personal message to me at Elements Village. My user name is simply Diana.

        Diana,

Thanks so much for your help on the font. I will do my best to upload the card
        when I get it finished.

Thanks again for all your help!
