I have watched all the movies and they are great but, when I try to use the smart brush tool my tool bars freeze up and there are no selections available. All the tools freeze when I select the smart brush.
I have tried to rest the tools and nothing works. I tried the ctrl-alt-shift while resterting and now PSE10 qill not even launch. Any help?

The first thing I would do at this point is to use the install discs to repair the program.

this is most helpful. i have been pretty dense when using gradients. this clears up a lot of questions. thanks you so much.

Message says “No plug in available.” I have a new lenovo PC running Windows7, 6 MB RAM, etc. What do I need to download in order to view the videos? thanks.

You’ll need to install QuickTime, which is free and can be found on the Apple website:
