My mailing label shows my subscription goes through November 2011. Why does this site show my subscription has expired?

I received the Jan/Feb issue so why can’t I download the files that go with it?

I have the same problem as Douglas. I can’t download the sample file for the smoother skin tutorial.

If you click on the download link, does it show the file in a new browser window? All you need to do is do Ctrl-S (Mac: Command-S) to save the JPG.

I am trying to follow the article by Matt Kloskowski regarding Smoother Skin. using the power of layer masks in Elements 9. He says if I don’t have Elements 9 there is a simple workaround to accomplish the same thing using Elements 8. He suggests looking at online version of the Jan/Feb 2011 magazine. I am doing that but I see nothing about a workaround.

I have the same question, what is the workaround using Elements 8?

It’s listed on the magazine page, but I should have put the link here as well: Advanced Skin Softening

      I’m sorry for the trouble.
