Can’t wait for the tutorial. Another one to add to my sports creations. Your example looks great.

Another fantastic tutorial from Matt. This (as always) gives you more oomph to think creatively.
Please keep sending us your talented tips because no matter how mundane you might think they are —
    – I can tell you they are just chock full of instruction in capsule form .

Thanks for all your instruction and very important videos.

Although I am an avid camera user, mainly wildlife photography, this Elements thing needs some learning,I am still troubled with layers.Never really got into the layers thing, just used enhancement, cropping, adjust lighting Hopefully with these kind of tutorials,I will be able to enhance my knowledge and do some fine tuning of my photos. If not I really enjoy watching all that can be done with Adobe Photoshop.Glad I subscribed and bought Adobe Elements,7/9 and now 10.

I am new to Adobe Elements and unskilled with technology. However, my son’s football team made it to the high school state football tournament at the MN Dome! For the sports banquet I applied Matt’s Quick Collages concept for each senior player. The photos created such a hype at the banquet and a framed memory for all the boys. I heard one player say “these are sick” (that in teenage terms is good thing!) Thanks and your timing was perfect! I am hooked.

Great tutorial. I went through it and did it fine. I was trying something similar on my photo. I was in the middle of selecting the person in the pic. Had to leave so I saved the file. For some reason, the parts i selected with the quick selection tool don’t show anymore. What did I do wrong?
    Thanks for the help!!

      Hi Nancy,

      Where are you getting stuck?

Finally got as far as where I have the picture ready to copy to put on the background but it would not let me copy it. Kept telling me there were no pixels to copy. I am very new to this and am very frustrated. It sounds so simple. Finally gave up. Any advice?
