Why am I downloading these pictures now without a tutorial? They take quite a lot of space. Am I missing something? Leigh

I totally agree with the above reader, Leigh. Why are we downloading pix w/o any tutorials – and then also have to go through all this secrecy to get to the ‘supposed’ tutorial. It’s all overkill – either give it to us or not.

The tutorial is in the Nov/Dec 2012 magazine, the photos are for use while using that tutorial.

Thanks for the tutorial. The technique is very powerful. Tell me why do you need a background layer at the bottom of the layer stack filled with white to make this work? Otherwise the image is clipped. A little explanation on the theory of the clipping group here would be helpfull.

I am using PSE 11. Following the directions in the Nov/Dec 2012 issue, I can’t seem to get both photos in the layers panel stacked as shown at the bottom of page 25. What am I missing?
