I try to extract this file & it tells me “..it was not able to create the specified directory.Ensure that the director does not already exist & the path entered is valid”
I’m mostly computer illiterate, so its probably something really simple!
    Thank you, Tricia

I have firefox, used the normal left-click on the link. File downloaded and extracted without any problems.

Am anxious to play with the filmstrip custom shape–had no problem downloading and placing in the custom shape presets folder. Love all your pdf tutorials. Thank you!

I downloaded the file, unzipped it, and dragged the csh file into the custom shapes folder. I can see the file now in the folder. My problem is that I don’t see it when I open the custom shapes in PSE8. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I tried the film strip but when I got to step 10 (the polygonal lasso tool), I received an error message when I chose the delete key to crop the photo. I tried this three times and couldn’t get past this step–the photo wouldn’t crop as indicated in the instructions. Any suggestions?

I must be really thick, I can’t even find where my download has gone to. Have checked my ‘downloads” file but can’t seem to find a zip file anywhere. I’ve looked under zip files and have also done a search but no luck and I’ve done this three times. Perhaps somewhere I have three copies:-)
    Would love some help. Kay
