Hi June. What version of Mac OS X are you using? When you open up your user folder (the one that has the house icon–mine is named “Kelly”) you don’t see a folder called Library?

Hi Glenn. If you’re using Windows 7, make sure the path you’re using starts with Program Files (x86), rather than just Program Files. Hope this solves it for you. If not, let me know.

Frustrating–even a month later I still am unable to find the cookie cutter shape used in your article. You memtion that it is now in there, but it did not come through in my download on May 23rd.

Tried to download these shapes but nothing happened, the compressed winrar file was empty. I followed your instructions to a “T”, three or four times — still nothing. I am using windows XP, any help would be appreciated. Barry

Can’t open the zip file. It’s telling me to find out if I’m running 32 bit or 64 bit. Well I’m using 64bit and still can’t open or install the file.

Can’t open the zip file containing the heart shapes. It’s telling me to find out if I’m running 32 bit or 64 bit. Well I’m using 64bit and still can’t open or install the file. I’m supposed to contact the software maker. Is that you.
