      Patricia,

The file is a .zip file, which then needs to be extracted. It downloads ok on my system. Are you able to download any ZIP files or is the problem just with this one? Does your browser not let you download it at all? Or does the problem appear once the file is downloaded to your system? Just trying to pinpoint where the problem is.

I cannot download this file. I have tried at least a dozen times. What could be the reason?

Are you getting an error message, Heidi? I’ve tried it from a couple of different computers – Mac and Windows – and it seems to be coming through ok for me.

I’ll see about uploading the individual JPG files; maybe that will help.

        Hi Rick:

Thanks so much for your answer. Actually, I was just now able to download the file. I had previously tried unsucessfully to download it from the e-mail message I received via AOL. It just occurred to me that I should just try to download it via my browser/Internet Explorer. I am not excactly a computer wiz, but it did work immediately. I am thrilled and will be playing with “Coloring my World” tonight.

        Thanks again for your response.

What do you do when you do not have a steady hand because of age?
