I love this and have tried numerous times to get the paint bucket fill layer to fill up to the bottom of the font and I can’t get it to work!!!

OK, I am using PSE 6 and I had to select the area and fill it. It worked!

I noticed that you have make sure the title or caption is all the way across margin to margin and to use a font that doesn’t have any gaps in it.
