    Those are some nifty tips. I never thought to remove the color or use levels on the texture layer. I’ll have some fun with this. I’m going to experiment with one of my own photos of the same covered bridge that Dave used in the video. ;-)

    Although I work a lot with textures and bending modes, I very much enjoyed the additional tips in working with textures!

    I love the photomanipulations and photocollages I see on deviant arts web site and psdtutsplus site. So tutorials like this help me to get these effects using P.S.elements instead of photoshop. Hope to see more tricks of this sort.
