   I can’t download the files. I get an error message saying it’s corrupt or incomplete.

     I’m sorry, Joyce, that you’ve having a problem downloading. I just did a test download of them with my Internet Explorer on Windows 7 and they downloaded just fine. Which internet browser are you using?

   I downloaded the templates, but when I open them in PSE7, I’m not able to add photos. It’s like they aren’t PSD files. The centers of the template are black. I’m new to this, but every other template I’ve used I was able to drag the photo under the “opening” layer and the photo would be behind the template. On this one, all I see is the black. What am I doing wrong?? Please help! I love your templates and have some wonderful pictures to use in them!

   Hi,

   Would love to dowload these edge masks, but I am not sure where to save them on my
   hardrive and also, how to use them once they are in the correct place, is there anything
   out there to help me?
