With the introduction of Photoshop Elements 8 for Macintosh and Windows, Adobe has added a slew of fun new features, and upgraded the look of the program. Elements 8: The New Look
One of the big enhancements in Version 8 is a redesigned look (inherited from Photoshop CS4), including the new tabbed document feature.
The New Look, Part 2
Elements 8 has some other changes to its look; among them new ways to rearrange your panels (formerly known as palettes).
The Recompose Tool
Elements new Recompose tool lets you resize and adjust the orientation of your photos without distorting the important stuff!
