Hello,
I am a novice user or PSE. Upon receiving my gift I read an accompanying book and went straight 100% into the Organizer. I tagged and inserted captions on 1000s of photos and everything was as promised. A wonderful program, very user friendly and fun to work with.Weeks later I encounter a problem when iI loaded a number of photos scanned from slides taken in the 1970s.
There is no metadata on these photos. I loaded them in proper sequence to reflect the chronology of trips and events. To my disappointment, when the photos are retrieved from ‘My Pictures” they arrive in PSE all jumbled up and not in the order they appear in Windows. As an example, a trip to Jamaica has 574 photos all numbered in Windowa but in PSE the numbers are all mixed up!! How can I correct this.
Problem no. 2, and more serious: A few days ago when I opened Organizer to make some albums, to my horror, the Organizer was empty, zilch, nothinf!!! My photos are in ‘My Pictures’ but Organizer seems to have lost all of them. Naturally, the last time I used PSE everything was fine when I finished my session.
Any help? any clue as to what happened?
Thank you
Robert
