    I could not get past step 19. My shadow layer is below top layer and is the exact same except in color as the top layer. If I am on shadow layer and use laso as described I get the same result as you BUT my blur does not show up at all much less just like yours.

    I also had trouble at step number 19 although I got through it overall good tutorial
