Making a Checked Pattern

First stage of making our pattern is to create a new file. File>New>Blank File … I used 980 pixels by 770 pixels, Resolution 300, RGB with a white background Now you have to be pretty accurate at this stage so…

    This was a good tutorial. I made the pattern. Unfortunately I saved a copy of it under
    my user name, then went back and saved the pattern as Pink Check. So now I have two identical patterns with different names. Both are in a set of patterns I didn’t choose. I’ll have to learn how to delete one of them. Hopefully that will be included in a Preset Manager tutorial.
