I have tried Helicon Focus for microscope images but have not been successful in getting a good result as the images seem lacking in contrast and there is a general fuzziness overall. I think its likely that its my fault as other people seem to get good quality work. I do have excellent lighting via100wt
cold light guides from a Euromex unit so the poor quality is not caused by that. I am just defeated.
