Tried to find “our Rule of Thirds custom shape file with installation instructions” as outlined on page 29 of the Jul/Aug 2011 issue. Couldn’t find it on the links page or the list of articles. Can you help me find it?

    Thanks!

I did not received my July/August magasine. I wonder why?
It seems I am not on your list since June 2011. Is there any problem.
    Please let me know.

I have misplaced my july/august 2011 issue. Is it possible to get a replacemnt? I like to keep all issues together. Also, I asked this today in the village but will ask here also, is there a template for the editor? Case in point, I was trying to use the tips for a smoother skin in the jan/feb 2011 issue and got stopped when advised to do a certain step and I could not find the right button to push. Life would be easier if I had a template of the editor that showed all of the buttons. Thanks.

I got the replacement copy today but it is the wrong one. I need the July/August 2011. You send me the July/August 2012 issue. I will give this issue to a friend that may well be interested in subscribing to the magazine. But please, if possible send me the july/august 2011 issue.

The Elements magazine always arrives when I’m running out of ideas! Great boost and understandable. Keep up the good work.
