This exercise was fun and it opened a whole new area to explore. The article offered a really good explanation of the versatility of this tool. ‘Can’t wait to check out some of the other links.

I like to do exercises, it is very helpful. I have never learned something this way in elements. If this is used for beginners it needs to show more, I could follow it, because I am just short of being a beginner. In the first exercise showing a picture of the foreground chips, the default bar etc would help like you did in the pictures below. Just ignore me, I am a sticklar for directions, I believe with proper instructions ANYONE can learn without being frustrated. I enjoyed this, because it showed me more info into the gradient tools and I am just starting and need to learn whatever I can.

Thanks. This beats reading the manual. I’m still not sure about how to save a new gradient nor how the gradients are grouped, etc.
