Creating a Double Framed Image

This is a technique I like to use when I have a good photograph of a child where the background is simply too busy to use the photograph as it is.

    I have a picture of my granddaughter that this process will be just right for…..thank you….I am new to photoshop, so I hope I can pull it off…..
