I recently tried this clip art technique and got as far as #7 where we bring in the new face. But when I bring in the new face it shows it as a background and I cannot get the new face onto the blank face. I have tried several times–I click on the middle white layer to work on, but I cannot get the new picture to go onto it. It keeps it as background. Can you help Me? Thanks.

      Try Arrange>Bring Forward.
