I’d love to be able to try this out but having trouble installing the trial version cause it starts uninstalling when it gets to the feature part on the installation. Can anyone suggest anything. I have tried to contact Adobe but no response yet.

Hi Julie-
Do you happen to have any other program open, such as Bridge, or another version of Elements, or perhaps the full version of Photoshop? I’ve heard of this happening when another program such as those I listed are open.

I use Elements-8 and Windowa-7. Have you solved my problem with Elements-9
Thank you.

Hi Jean-Paul-
I must say that’s not a feature I use, so I’m not going to be able to offer a specific suggestion, but I did want to make sure you know that this isn’t an Adobe forum. Your comment, “have you solved my problem with Elements-9″ is probably best directed at Adobe on their forums at http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements

Hi! I have bought and downloaded PS Elements 9 and when I look at your tutorial, I see a light bulb on the bottom line, but I do not have this on the software I downloaded. Is there a bug with my software. It is frustrating because I would like to have these help suggestions. Thanking you in advance. Nicole

I am unable to download my photographs from iPhoto to Elements Organizer. When it finished the process a window poped up telling me that there was an error. But when I look at the Organizer I see all of the files, etc but there does not seem to be anything in them.

I am still working with 8 and before getting into 9 would like to know if the US only statis still apply to a lot of different things like the lightbulb and email issues. If I can’t get them in Canada then I would sooner stay with the I can’t get them in Elements 8.

So far, I think trying to learn Photoshop Elements 9 is just about the most difficult thing I have ever attempted to do. Sure am glad I didn’t opt for the full Photoshop program.
