Hi Michelle, do you have the latest version of QuickTime Player? There’s a link at the bottom of the page to download the QuickTime Player from Apple.

I don’t have trouble with viewing any of the other videos. I reinstalled quick time just to be sure and the videos on this newest post still won’t play.

Wow. I left the window open this time and incredibly after about 6 minutes the video started playing.

It shouldn’t take that long, Michelle — we’re using a pretty standard caching service for all of our videos, which is supposed to help them load quickly.

Do the other videos on the site load as slowly for you?

It might just be that they’re taking a while to get populated, but I’ll keep an eye on it.

        Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please let me know what happens — the files are all linked properly, and play on a couple of different machines around here.

They should open in a new window, so do you have a pop-up blocker installed?

If you get a window, is it just that the video isn’t loading properly? You might want to give it a little bit of time to load.

If that doesn’t work, send an email to and let us know which operating system and Web browser you’re trying to access it with, so we can try and run this one down.

I use to download your videos since it’s more convenient to launch from my disk instead of your site ( I am living in France ) I was unable to download these very interesting videos because there is no download button as usual and even when I copy the link in my “freemake downloader” software I have a message telling me there is no video for this link
I don’t understand since when I play the video on your site there is no problem.

Step by step for where? No I think is version 11.2. Not is not news for me. I’m a photographer that uses Elements, and plugin Topaz an OnOne software, and is sufficient. But re-think I don’t buy this version.
