I have the new magazine but still like to download the magazine digitally to my computer. When can I do this – as no posting has been shown so I can do this? What is the usual time frame for this to appear under the Magazine heading shown above?

Clicked on the site to RENEW but my cart contents indicates NEW. I want to enter the contest by renewing, but don’t want to start receiving duplicates because I bought a new subscription. Help.

Hi John,
You just need to log into the PET site with your username or email address and your password. Then you’ll be able renew with all your info.

My subscription is good through March, 2015, so do I have to add more subscription to be able to join in the contest…????

does anyone else have trouble viewing the videos for the news letter. I find it takes almost 25 minutes to watch it. It keeps freezing up. I have no trouble on other sites with other videos and have over 5 bars on my signal. I also have a fast internet. If I try to download it to see if that helps it goes to cachfly.net and nothing happens for ages. I don’t know how long as I get frustrated and go to another page.Usually the tutorials I can open in another window if I have an issue or I can download them. Hope there is a solution out there somewhere.

Yes, if I open the video from my email, the sound cuts in and out. If I come here to the PET site it doesn’t do it. I can watch it all the way through with no problems.

When I attempt to renew my subscription I get a message that I am already subscribed. How do I extend my subscription?

I have this problem too. I am logged in, but clicking on Renew takes me to the new subscription page.

Like John, I just went to renew and my cart also says “New”. I am logged in. Now, I would like to renew for the digital edition ONLY. I currently receive the printed version until October.
Also, I don’t recall getting a newsletter. Both checkboxes are checked off in my profile.

I just renewed my membership for the magazine for 2 years in January 2012. Feel that I should be eligible for your contest. According to your video, I can not be entered. Is this true?

It would be nice if I could receive my January/February issue. I am still waiting after numerous emails to the Support Team. No response from anyone. Not happy.

It’s a great bunch of prizes, but it does seem people like myself who renewed recently (December) are being left out. Isn’t there any way to include us?

While the contest is to encourage new and renewing signups, there will be ways for existing members to enter as well. Watch for next week’s news. ;-)

That’s great, Larry. Might I suggest when you update the blog, that you also update your FB status with the new blog entry. Personally, I am much more likely to see an updated entry on FB than just on the website.

Hi Guys – could some one tell me how to down load digital copy of the PET. I click the right spot and nothing happens.
