May/June issue & April Editor’s Note online

By Rick LePage  ·  April 30th, 2012

The May/June issue is in the mails, winging its way around the world. US subscribers should receive their copies by May 10, Canadian subscribers by May 15, and delivery worldwide should be complete by May 22. The extras for the magazine have been posted, as has the full PDF; you can find those files and the magazine’s link list on the May/June 2012 issue page.

The cover photo for May/June is from subscriber Dan DellaChiesa. Congrats, Dan, on a lovely shot!

This past week, we also sent out the April Letter from the Editor email, which includes notes about our new email notifications system–check out the “Get PET Site Updates” box on the bottom right side of this window–and the magazine mailing schedule for the rest of 2012.

If you have your email preferences set so that you don’t want email from us, you can find the April edition on our From the Editor home page. If you didn’t get the email, check to make sure that it didn’t get trapped in your junk folder, or double-check to make sure that we have your correct email address on file, by logging into the site and clicking on the Profile link next to your username above.

I recently subscribed to Elements Techniques, I received my package with all issues of 2011 along with the Elements Disc. I also received the March/April 2012 issue. I did not receive the Jan/Feb 2012 or the current issue May/June 2012. Will I be receiving the May/June 2012 separately? If so, I have not received it.

    Thank you. Dolores Kiriacon

I subscribed on April 12th and have not as yet received the back issues, the CD or the May/June issue. Can you tell me when I can expect them?

At any time, if you haven’t received your issue by the posted dates, just click on the Contact Us link below, and send a note to us, with your address (so we can check it against the list we’ve mailed out from the printer).

We’re happy to send replacement issues to anyone.

Hello! My Hubby subscribed me over a month ago and also bought me photoshop elements 10 for my first Mothers Day, also he wrote a poem and put it to a photo of me and my baby, printed it and framed it! I was so excited. I received everything in the post. Your magazines and website is so great i just love it! and a huge THANK YOU for the little note on the DVD saying Happy Mothers Day, it really made it that little bit more special!
