Firstly I would like to ask the web designers of this site to spare a thought for us people who simply cannot see where to type our log-in details. I wonder who’s idea it was to make the log-in panels completely invisible? I took me several minutes to locate the areas to type in. Please can you make this area legible.

With reference to March/April edition Page 4 article PRO FENCE by Larry Becker. Sorry but I could not follow this through as I am sure somewhere I should have to “Simplify” to carry on with his directions also there is no GREEN COG on the left or right or anywhere in my version of Elements 10 so I think I have to go to the top tool bar? but simplify before using the tool ! Oh goodness I have tried several times to emulate this beautiful effect but have failed. Sorry Larry.I think its just to complex and I need more precise details to make a successful of rendering his PRO FENCE.

Here I am again waiting for my Magazine. I have had to request one every time. My pal who stays near me has his. I really don’t understand this!

Thanks John for posting this message.

I have just sent my 4th or 5th message to Customer Service, and the Service Manager regarding the same issue. I have not received my last two issues of the magazine. I am grateful that there is a PDF version that I can download and read but I still like to work with the printed version right next to me.

As I said I have sent several messages and get no response. So I don’t even know if they received the message or are just ignoring me. It is a good publication though and you can’t find anything better out there. Still, someone needs to address customer relations.

Regarding Customer Service…I, too, had not received a magazine for several months so I emailed Customer Service to ask why. I received a prompt, polite reply from the editor reminding me that the subscription I signed up for did not include the paper edition, only the online edition. I had totally forgotten about that option, and it was indeed what I had done. I’m very pleased with the service, and I think this magazine is the greatest!

July/August issue. Thank you so much for the Wacom Tips article, I have been wanting more and more of these articles for a long time. Please bring on more and more info on using the Wacom, I have a small Intuos 4, which I love for travel, and I am still learning the little things that make life easier.

Thank you so much for this
