This is my FAVORITE magazine – the only one I immediately sit down and read cover-to-cover. I recently wrote that I hadn’t received my Nov.-Dec. issue, got an instant reply, and one was sent to me immediately. Certainly can’t complain about the customer service!!

The Elements pdf manual for the Photoshop 11 Organizer has a page of gobbledygook at the beginning. I know this is an Adobe problem, but I can’t find anyway to get through to them. I like the idea of pdf manuals as I can have one open on my iPad while I fiddle with Photoshop on my Mac.
Your website is very supportive and I’ve learned a lot from it. I’m looking forward to getting going with my new Photoshop 11!

I can’t seem to find the cheat sheet for The action Panel in Elements 11. Tutorial.
I’d like to download the instructions.

I just wanted to say I’m so glad you’re including LR tips in the magazine now. I used Aperture 3 for quite a while but switched to LR4, so I have a lot to learn. Thanks

I echo Eleanor in the kudos re: LR. I just loaded it and look forward to creating a catalog. However, a word to your printer… the 3 hole punch (which I really appreciate and use) was not spaced correctly. I had to get out my X-acto knife and carve up the holes a bit.
Good issue otherwise!!

I am kind of new to the magazine and have a question about it. Is there a Table of Contents or an Index for the year? Also what is the best way to locate a subject article with out thumbing through each edition?

An index is something we definitely want to do, but a subscriber, Bruce Wagner did one for the magazine issues, and the info about it is here:

Hi,
I love your magazine! I just downloaded the pdf on my iPad, but for some reason it won’t let me open it in IBooks, like I’ve always done in the past. Any suggestions as to why?

Never mind, after several attempts, it just did. Perhaps I wasn’t patient enough. :)
Please disregard the first communication.

What happened to the cheat sheet? I noticed that on the latest video tutorials, it is not there. Have you stopped providing it? Are you planning on returning it?
Things were a lot easier when all we had to do was print out the cheat sheet, now, you have to follow along, and write down what is said, this is time consuming, not to mention a pain in the ____.

I don’t think customer support exists. I have a problem with my subscription & still can’t get a reply or a resolution to my problem. I have sent three e-mails ,two of which requested a receipt. Still nothing. If this is not taken care of I will request a full refund & surely WILL NOT advise anybody I know to subscribe to this magazine or any other magazine from this publisher .

I joined about two weeks ago and have received my membership package with “Perfect Effects 4 and several other items on CD. All of the items with the exception of Elements 11 I could not get to run or download on my PC. My Webroot security see the PE 4 as malware and will not install. Its nice to have gotten these things but if I can not use?

I believe that this subject has been brought up, but I just want assurance that the 3-hole punch specifications for upcoming issues will be adhered to. I do enjoy each issue quite a bit, but what a disappointment when I went to store my Jan/Feb 2013 issue in my PET binder.
I was certain that somehow the securing clips in the binder got bent and were out of alignment. When I finally removed the Nov/Dec 2012 issue, I realized that the holes in my 2013 issue were out of synch. I don’t have a X-acto knife to carve out appropriate placed holes as someone else had to do, but that’s just as well because I wouldn’t trust myself to do so.
Please let me know that this print production error has been addressed. Would appreciate hearing from PET.

I have a question. Can I use a template with a photo and post in on my FAcebook page?
