    I believe world wide bi-weekly is every 2nd week. Like 2 (BI) weeks between issues

Bi-weekly, every two weeks, so,yes, twice a month.

You folks do a great job with all the helpful info. However, you might pass on to Adobe that they need to provide a program that works. Have never had a problem installing previous versions (currently Elements 10) but version 11 will not install and the internet is full of people experiencing the same problem.

More videos sounds good- but I continue to have trouble with the audio, even after using all the suggested “fixes”. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response
